Meal Prep for the Week!
Lunch: 4oz chicken, quinoa, broccoli and carrots.
Snack 1: berry mix - blackberries, strawberries and raspberries.
Snack 2: apples and PB2
Snack 3: Babybel cheese
Snack 4: some kind of nut mix
Eating at work should be easy this week!
Planned bkfst is yogurt and granola.
Dinner Monday and Wednesday are grilled chicken salads with a walnut parmesan dressing.
Tuesday and Thursday are spaghetti squash with a ground turkey and mushroom sauce.
Friday dinner is my open meal.
